Matthias Höfner brings more than 19 years of hands-on experience in international management to the table and has filled various top management positions during that time.

His core area of activity is the restructuring and financial stabilization of ailing enterprises. In this context, his role as CFO and CRO during the financial recovery and repositioning of a telecom equipment producer in South Africa as well as the interims management position and successful restructuring of a SME (“German Mittelstand”) under the new German insolvency law is worth mentioning.

Mr. Höfner is an expert for Finance, Marketing, Restructuring, and Strategy and has successfully led numerous projects for global enterprises, predominantly in the Telecom and Industrial sector across Europe, Asia and South America.
